Holding Out For a Hero? I Got a Couple For You.

Spiderman and his sidekick Spiderman. These guys are ready to spin their webs.
It's amazing how a suit can transform a toddler's arms into muscle. Watch out Mr. Universe!
Spectacular Spiderman ready for some superhero action.
Now performing live - Superhero! With a wonderful imagination, a jump rope can become anything including a microphone.
Giving it everything he's got. Ladies, go on and melt.

You Should Have Seen the Other Guy

Liam got his first shiner yesterday. Actually, the other guy was a couch at daycare. Liam ran so fast into the living room that he ran right into it - the hard part of it. He seemed to be in pretty good spirits last night and never complained about his eye. Liam is my rough and tumble boy, not afraid of anything.  A mere couch won't slow him down.

Lovely choppers

This is what happens when you eat too much candy. :)

I'm not sure how Liam was able to get those teeth in his mouth, but he looks cute even with those big choppers. George Washington would be so jealous.

Jack's Birthday Paty!

We celebrated Jack last Sunday with a big birthday bash. We were blessed to have his birth family and Liam's birth family at the party. There was a lot of love in that room.
He picked out a tractor cake, John Deere of course.
My sister-in-law helped Maggie tinkle the keys.

Jack was excited to get a lot of super hero toys and binoculars. He really wanted a pair.
One of the best gifts at the party - family!
The birthday party was held in the basement of the grade school I attended. It was decorated with a variety of the children's artwork.
One of my favorites.
My niece's artwork.

 My nephew. 'Nuff said.
 Matthew and his Grandma Judy.
Miss Maggie.
My brother Doug seemed to think this one looked like me. Hmmm...
One of my favorite photos from Sunday - Liam and his birth family.

Bloodshot-eye-tis

It started out with coughing, sneezing and a little wheezing, then it became something much worse. Doctors say it's a rare form of Bloodshot-eye-tis.
We hope it clears up soon.It looks like we all need some sleep.

Scenes from a Birthday

The Big "5".
Stompeez.

You've probably seen those annoying infomercials about these slippers. Jack has been wanting a pair for such a long time. His wish finally came true thanks to his daycare provider. He was thrilled!
Then Liam decided that if I took a picture of Jack's feet, then I should take one of his.Maybe he'll be a future foot model.

Just Another Friendly Face

Saw this guy while out on the town for work today. Despite his gruff exterior, I think he was kind of cute. However, I decided not to ask him for an interview. He needed his beauty sleep.

Happy Birthday Big Boy!

Jack turns five-years-old today. I love this guy!

My Day as a Punk Rocker or Cyndi Lauper Wannabe

We filmed scenes today to promote Tiger Night of Fun, a safe Halloween alternative in town.

I used lipstick to "paint" a star around my right eye. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring makeup remover so I've had to explain to two people (so far) in the city building that we had a shoot today. It's either that or say I have a really bad case of pink eye. Rock on!

Sibling Love

Last night I asked Maggie if she wanted to hold Matthew. She vigorously shook her head yes and Matthew seemed okay with it.
"Hey, you got one of these too."
"Wanna hold hands?"
"Just kidding. I crack myself up!"
